The Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company intends to hold a public tender (two stages) along with a qualitative evaluation to select a qualified and experienced contractor with the necessary financial capacity to provide materials, equipment, and implement the gas supply project to the Saqez gold extraction plant using the PC method.
General specifications of the work include: providing materials, equipment and metal piping with an area of 12,839 meters with a diameter of 6, 4, 2 inches and installing fittings, valves and related accessories, carrying out complete earthworks of the project, installing identification signs, welding, constructing a pressure reduction station and a rust protection station and other necessary works in accordance with the latest edition of the guidelines approved by the National Iranian Gas Company.
Therefore, respected applicants can take the following steps to receive the documents:
• Place of work: The work will start from Mirdeh village, Saqqez county, Kurdistan province, to the construction site of the gold factory.
• Conditions and documents required to participate in the tender (mandatory)
o Having a legal entity and providing company registration documents including: official newspaper advertisement, articles of association, latest changes, economic code and national company ID, exact postal address, landline and fax number.
o Having a valid contractor qualification certificate of at least rank 5 in the installation or (oil and gas) group, which can be inquired in the SAJAR system, along with the availability of free capacity for that base, is mandatory.
o Having sufficient experience in the field related to the subject of contractor services, providing confirmations and sample contracts related to the aforementioned items, and submitting documents that indicate a good track record in previous work.
o Provide equipment and machinery capacity along with relevant documents.
o Company real estate contracts.
o Have audited financial statements for the past 3 years and provide documents to assess financial capacity.
o Complete and submit all evaluation forms along with the tender envelope.
o Have a valid contractor safety qualification certificate from the Labor Department.
o Insurance lists for the last two years.
o Tax returns for the last two years.
• Time and method of receiving documents
o Bidders must receive all documents required for evaluation in person by the end of office hours on Saturday, 17/06/1403, based on the National Iranian Gas Company's qualitative evaluation guidelines with guideline number 02-110-01 at the address Saqez, end of Shohada Street - Mamosta Mohammadi Boulevard - above the CNG gas pump, Rolex Building, No. 95, Commercial Unit of Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company. After reviewing the documents submitted by the Tenders Unit, if the technical qualifications are met, the tender documents will be sent to the selected bidders.
• Deadline and method of submitting documents for participation in the tender: Bidders must send their documents in two sealed envelopes containing quality assessment documents and requested documents in the envelope by the end of office hours on Saturday, 1403/06/24 to the postal address of the Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company at the end of Shohada Street - Mamosta Mohammadi Boulevard - above the CNG gas pump, Rolex Building, No. 95.
Note: The method of evaluating the companies participating in the tender evaluation process will be in order of priority based on the present call documents, the employer's transaction regulations, and the instructions for qualitative evaluation of bidders No. 02-110-01. The bidder may, at its discretion, select or reject the bidding companies based on the number of companies, rank, good track record, financial and equipment capacity, locality, and relevant experience. The minimum score required to approve the bidding companies will subsequently be determined by the bidder based on the above-mentioned items.
