The Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company intends to select a qualified contractor through a two-stage public tender process, including a (condensed) qualification evaluation, for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment and components for a small-scale power plant for the "Saqez Gold Recovery Plant" project. This power plant will utilize dual-fuel engine generators (natural gas and diesel) with a capacity of 12,000 kVA, equivalent to 9,600 kW, and an output voltage level of 6.6 kV, employing continuous-duty engine generators.
1- Subject of the Tender:
The design, supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment and components for a small-scale power plant as part of the "Saqez Gold Recovery Plant" project. This power plant will utilize dual-fuel engine generators (natural gas and diesel) with a capacity of 12,000 kVA, equivalent to 9,600 kW, and an output voltage level of 6.6 kV, employing continuous-duty engine generators.
2- Duration of work: 180 calendar days from the date of notification of the contract.
3- Participants' conditions:
a) Possession of one of the following qualification documents:
• At least 5th contractor rank from the "Planning and Budget Organization" in the field of "Power" or the field of "Electrical and Mechanical Installations"
• "Operation License" or "Establishment License" from the Ministry of "Semat" in the field of diesel generator coupling.
b) Possession of technical and executive capacity
c) Possession of financial capacity
d) Possession of organizational and staff capacity
4- The company's guarantee amount in the bidding process is 200,000,000,000 Rials in the form of a valid bank guarantee in the name of Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company, which can be extended for three months, to be presented at the stage of returning the documents along with the proposal.
5- Deadline and time for receipt and return of tender documents:
Receipt of documents from 1403/08/21 to 1403/09/03 and return of documents by 4:00 PM on Tuesday 1403/09/13
