The text of the decree states: "In view of your commitment and valuable experience, you are appointed as the CEO of the Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company. You are expected to, in coordination with other esteemed members of the board of directors, adhere to religious and legal principles, and utilize valuable and specialized personnel to achieve the company’s objectives. It is hoped that with reliance on Almighty God and under the blessings of His Holiness Imam Mahdi (may our souls be sacrificed for him), and with a revolutionary spirit, integrity, anti-corruption dedication, and commitment to the principles outlined in the 'Covenant of Managers of the People’s Government,' you will strive to achieve 'justice and progress,' eliminate 'poverty and discrimination,' and employ all your talents and efforts to advance goals and programs. This should be done while adhering to the principles of austerity, enhancing productivity, increasing efficiency and effectiveness, and maximizing the return on the company’s resources and investments. Moreover, you are to maintain the interests, trust, and welfare of all shareholders, particularly the honorable workers and insured individuals, to achieve the ongoing progress and elevation of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Majdi, born in 1987, holds a Master’s degree in Mineral Processing from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran. His professional background in mining and mineral industries includes: Senior Process Engineer at Gold Technology Pioneers Company, Production Manager at Zarshouran Gold Plant (affiliated with IMIDRO), Advisor to the CEO of Zarshouran Gold Mines and Mineral Industries Development Company, Processing Manager at Andaryan Gold Plant (owned by RMG Metals Georgia), Processing Manager at the Kurdistan Mines and Mineral Industries Development Company in the Chichaklou Gold Project, Takab (affiliated with the Economic Complex of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation Holding), Deputy CEO of the Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company.
