Dr. Seyed Mousavi said: "According to the plans, it has been decided that 5,000 meters of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling and 5,000 meters of core drilling will be carried out in collaboration with Sadr Tamin Exploration and Drilling Company. The goal is to complete the block model resource data in the four zones of the mine and conduct exploration during extraction, all to be executed within a 6-month period."
The Director of Mining Affairs of the Kurdistan Gold Mines Development Company added: "The existing exploration data in this mining area includes some information from the Geological Survey of Iran's activities in the 2000s, and part of it comes from the exploration work conducted by Kurdistan Gold Mines Company in the mid-2010s, through the execution of over 20,000 meters of exploratory drilling."
