By attending various sections of the under-construction plant, from the crushing circuit to the dry tailings storage facility, he examined the installation and commissioning process of the equipment and, through expert questions, identified key points for accelerating operations. Dr. Rezvanian Zadeh, present in the mine section, by observing the status of the extraction workshop's equipment, raised important executive points for optimizing the mining operation schedule. In the post-visit meetings, with a focus on the timeline, practical solutions were presented for greater coordination between contractors, equipment supply, and facilitating executive processes. At the end of this visit, a new plan was developed to accelerate the various phases of the project. Emphasis on accuracy in execution along with operational speed and cost optimization was the main focus of these solutions.
