Changes to the Board of Directors of Kurdistan Gold Company
The composition of the Board of Directors of Kurdistan Gold Mining Development Company has changed following the issuance of appointment orders by the CEO of TASICO for two new members of the Board of Directors. Two members of the Board of Directors of Kurdistan Gold Mining Development Company were appointed through orders issued by the CEO of TASICO. Seyed Alireza Siasat-Rad, CEO of TASICO, appointed Hossein Firouzi and Behzad Allahyari as the new members of the Board of Directors of Kurdistan Gold Mining Development Company through appointment orders. Firouzi was born in 1346 in Saghez County and holds a master’s degree in Management and a PhD in International Relations from Kharazmi University in Tehran. Behzad Allahyari was also born in 1351 in Saghez County and is a graduate of the master’s program in Industrial Engineering at Sharif University of Technology. Firouzi’s professional background includes serving as Deputy for Management and Resource Development of the National Technical and Vocational Training Organization, Deputy for Economic Affairs Coordination of Kurdistan Governorate, and Deputy for Management Development and Human Resources of Kurdistan Governorate. He has also served as Governor of Saghez County and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Estates Company of Kurdistan Province. Allahyari has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and Technical Deputy of Kurdistan Tractor Manufacturing Company. He also has other professional experience, including serving as CEO of Shaghayegh Poosh Company, Factory Manager of Sanat Sabz, Factory Manager of Kasra Tile Company, and CEO of Sabok Luleh Engineering Company.
